  9. Slamming his hands down on the table then pointing

  13. Agent Pierce

  51. Spins slowly around the agents at the table and then lands on agents Conroy and Sanders

  53. Closes in as Agent Conroy and agent sander lock eyes and look down at the files they have been given.

  55. Turns off the projector.

  56. Leaning back in her chair she smiles and says there are heroes and nobodies and we are the nobodies.

  57. Agent Bradley

  58. She found out who she was now none of you are safe. This bloods on your hands as much as hers

  59. For her mother and father and grandfather and her boyfriend.

  60. Fade to the jail cell.

  61. Tyraniean highwater.  Late 20s career criminal mastermind. Accused and arraigned on many felony charges and never convicted. Semi antisocial but charming beyond believe.

  62. Tyraniean-

  63. Zooms in slow to see her sitting on the top bunk with a fremiler cellmate. Packing her belongings.

  64. Tyraniean

  65. It must be round up time again.

  66. Cell mate-

  67. It’s always round up time in the damn town.

  68. Tyraniean-

  167. Draws close into tyrannianns eyes as she begins to sigh and a single tear wells up in her eyes as if it plans to tell the story itself.

  171. Fades to blue then refocuses

  173. Wide view of a partly overcast day in mid- summer of 1970.

  175. Picks up the sound of a police helicopter in the distance

  177. Hears the sound of people in the background

  178. ( the voice in the background says in a horrified tone)

  180. Oh my God No No No Oh my God their its gonna blow 

  181. Camera

  182. Spins in time laps slow motion to pick up the police helicopter exploding into a ball of fire.

  183. Camera

  184. Fades to red through the flames and then zooms out slowly to expose a fresh bundle of red roses on a casket. Just about to be lowered into the ground.

  185. Unknown Woman

  186. Whispers in a low voice to a man standing next to her as they walk away from the grave

  187. Unknown woman

  188. What about the girl

  189. Unknown man

  190. We sent her some place so far from here, it was the only way

  191. Unknown woman

  198. She never will, she never could from there 

  199. Camera

  200. Draws slowly down to the road in the cemetery then quickly flashes to a wide view of the front left door, of a four flat in the projects on a cold November night in 1978. Its snowing and the brisk wind is between the buildings is spinning the new fallen snow into cyclones.

  201. The camera draws slowly closer to the door of the four flat and begins to pick up the sounds of the howling wind. Then the faint sound of a woman’s voice.

  202. A shadow on a bed sheet covering the front window as the camera draws even closer shows the outline of Gina Frotter. Single mother of 1 in a fit of rage storming through the front room screaming at her 7 year old doughtier Shiann Frotter.

  203. Gina

  204. What the fuck do I have to do to make you understand me?

  205. Gina

  206. Backhands Shiann and then grabs her by the hair dragging her to the kitchen table. 

  207. Gina Frotter

  208. Using her left hand to hold Shiann`s head down on the table Gina reaches for the stove top with her right hand and turns it on high.

  209. Camera

  210. Circles the Shiann and the stove with the hot comb burning in the flames. It picks up the sound of the left over hair oil on the hot comb as the flames peek.

  211. Gina

  212. You will learn to obey me.

  213. Gina

  214. Reaches for the comb still holding Shiann down on the table and burns the back of her neck with the pressing comb.

  215. Shiann

  216. Dose not scream when she’s burned with the hot comb. She grits her teeth and then kicks her mother in the leg as hard as she can to get away and runs toward the bedroom.

  217. Gina

  218. Tends to her leg and turns off the stove, then turns to walk toward the bedroom.

  219. Gina

  220. Yells down the hallway

  221. Gina

  222. Now your gonna remember what the fuck I say to do from now on.

  223. Shiann

  224. I hate you

  225. Gina

  226. Keep on testing me hear keep on

  227. Shiann

  228. Looks around an almost empty room and tears start to fall as she reaches for tigger the tiger stuffed animal toy and hugs it close.

  229. Shiann

  230. Were gonna get out ah here one day I promise you one day we will get out.

  231. Shiann

  232. Try’s hard to stay awake but falls asleep on the floor in the closet.

  233. Gina

  234. Walks into the room of the sleeping Shiann and checks the bed to see how bad the burn is.

  235. She discovers that Shiann is not in her bed. Instead; she has barricaded herself in the closet. This sends Gina into a rage all over again.

  236. Gina

  237. You will come out of that closet, I suggest that you don’t fuck with me.

  238. Shiann

  239. Dose not answer her mother, or come out of that closet.

  240. Camera

  241. Fades slow as Gina turns to walk back toward the front room and begins to shut off the lights. As the last light is turned off; The screen fades to black and then 1\2 second later fades to white.

  242. Camera

  243. then refocuses on the snow mounded up by the bus stop where Gina is waiting for a bus to work.

  244. Camera

  245. Is facing the bus stop and capturing a view of the front window of the four flat.

  246. Shiann

  247. Hearing the bus, pull up. Shiann peeks out the window to make sure Gina has got on the bus to go to work. 

  248. Shiann

  249. Watches the bus drive away; Then she sits down on the couch looking up at the ceiling.

  250. Shiann

  251. I wish, I didn’t have to be here

  252. Camera

  253. Zooms in on Shiann sitting; looking at the clock on the wall in the kitchen; She stands up and makes her way to the bathroom to look at the burn on her neck.

  254. Shiann

  255. Decides that she is not going to go to school cause the burn is to bad.

  256. Shiann

  257. Walks back into the front room, and fixes her-self a bowel of granola cereal and starts to eat.

  258. Camera

  259. Draws back slow to focus on the clock spinning by the hours in time lapse super-speed.

  260. Shiann

  261. Is in the window; Peeking out of the corner, looking out side. Watching for the bus; As the bus pulls up. Shiann runs to the bathroom and locks the door.

  262. Shiann

  263. I cant belong here not here

  264. Gina

  265. Walks quickly from the bus and opens the door.

  266. Camera

  267. fallows her.

  268. Gina

  269. Enters the front room removing her coat and boots;

  270. You better be in this fucking house girl.

  271. Camera

  272. Flashes to Shiann sitting on the floor in the bathroom as her mother try’s the door.

  273. Gina

  274. What the fuck did I just get done telling you.

  275. You will learn not to defy me.

  276. You don’t go to school and you think I don’t know. Come out of there now.

  277. Shiann

  278. Dose not respond at all.

  279. Gina

  280. Walks away throwing her hands up.

  281. Shiann

  282. Sits down on her knees peeking through the bathroom door key hole

  283. Camera

  284. Flashes back to Shiann in the bathroom now looking at her mother through the keyhole.

  285. Camera

  286. Maintains keyhole view for ½ second then flashes to full view of Gina in the kitchen

  287. Gina

  288. Is in the kitchen seasoning a turkey leg ;and placing it in the oven to cook with some potatoes.

  289. Camera

  290. Flashes back to the key hole view from Shianns eyes in the bathroom

  291. Gina

  292. Turns on the TV to watch the nightly news and wait for the food to be ready.

  293. Camera

  294. Has the keyhole view of the combination front room and kitchen in fast time laps till the food is removed from the oven.

  295. Gina

  296. Fixes herself a plate and sits down to eat not saying a word to Shiann. 

  297. Gina

  298. Cleans up the kitchen area and readies her-self for bed.

  299. As she walks through the apartment turning off the lights.

  300. Shiann

  301. Is watching from the keyhole.

  302. Shiann

  303. Waits for a long time after her mother went to bed before coming out of the bathroom.

  304. Camera

  305. Flashes to Gina turning in bed in a deep sleep

  306. Shiann

  307. Now convinced that her mother is fast asleep walks quickly to her room and gets in bed hugging her Tigger the Tiger stuffed animal toy close.

  308. Camera

  309. Fades to black; then refocuses on Gina; waking up for the day. Outside it’s still dark and Shiann is still sleeping.

  310. Gina

  311. Gets dressed

  312. Reaches over to her night stand and grabs a pair of scissors

  313. Camera

  314. Fallow from in front of Gina as she heads toward the sleeping Shiann`s bedroom.

  315. Camera

  316. Switches to a view of Gina from behind as She enters the bedroom.

  317. Shiann

  318. Opens her eyes when she hears her mother enter the room.

  319. Shiann

  320. is paralyzed with fear

  321. Gina

  322. grabs Shiann; by her hair and starts to cut plugs of hair off her head in a random vengeful way.

  323. Gina

  324. What the fuck did you think.

  325. You thought you got away with defying me.

  326. I have to Miss 2 hours of work to deal with your shit.

  327. I don’t need any shit in my life.

  328. Now you didn’t want to go to school cause your embarrassed about your neck.

  329. When they ask you just, tell them you screwed up and you have to live with it.

  334. Snatching Shiann out of bed and pointing at the hair on the floor smacks her neck

  341. Starts to pick up the hair on the floor;
