Rap TV School Subscription and or membership refund policy

Cancelation policy Membership holders may opt out of their membership agreements at any time by sending a certified letter to us at the listed address. The letter must include the membership holders name and membership ID number along with the start date of the membership agreement in order to process the membership termination request. The credit card used to purchases the membership will be credited with the unused portion of the membership fee for all current and paid memberships holders in good standing. If the membership was suspended or terminated by Rap TV School prior to the date of the certified letter requesting termination from the membership holder for violation of any of the Rap TV School terms and conditions. Than no refund in whole or in part shall be issued until the cause for termination review period has been completed by Rap TV School. Upon completion of the review the refundable amount with a itemized list of funds withheld will be delivered by mail to the most recent address of record identified by the return address on the certified letter requesting termination of the membership agreement. Processing time is expected to take 90 days followed by up to 15 business days to transfer the adjusted refund amount to the original credit card used to purchase the Rap TV School Membership. Additional waiting time to access the transferred funds may result from ev-membership holders financial institutions transaction processing process over which we have no control and of which we have no functional knowledge. If 14 days after Rap TV School has processed and confirmed the refund has been credited to the ex-membership holders original credit card used to purchase and or subscribe the membership. The ex membership holder has not received access to the funds. The ex-membership holder should contact their financial institution and indicate the transaction ID of the refund credited to their credit card. The transaction ID is located at the top left corner of the notification of refund status mailed to the Ex-membership holders most recent address of record established by the return address on the certified letter requesting termination of their Rap TV School subscription and or membership.
